Terms and Conditions for Mobile Bartending Services in Washington State

Thank you for choosing Sip On This LLC. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our mobile bartending services in the state of Washington. By engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking and Payment

1.1

Booking Confirmation:

All bookings are subject to availability. A confirmed booking will be considered upon receipt of a signed contract or agreement and any required deposit.

1.2

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Cancellation within 90 days of the event may result in a forfeiture of the deposit. Refunds for cancellations made beyond 90 days will be at our discretion.

1.3

Payment:

Full payment is due 1 day before the scheduled event. We accept payment via Cash, Venmo, Cash app, Check. Failure to make timely payments may result in the cancellation of services.

2. Event Details

2.1

Event Information:

It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete event details, including date, time, location, and any special requirements.

2.2

Permits and Licenses:

You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits and licenses for the event, including but not limited to liquor licenses and event permits.

3. Services

3.1

Scope of Services:

Our services include [Description of Services]. Any additional services requested during the event may be subject to additional charges.

3.2

Client Responsibilities:

You agree to provide a suitable and safe environment for the provision of our services, including access to electricity and water.

4. Alcohol Service

Intoxication:

We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest who appears to be intoxicated or behaving in a disruptive manner.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to the event.

Insurance:

We carry liability insurance, but it is recommended that you obtain event insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.

We reserve the right to terminate services if, in our sole discretion, we determine that the event poses a risk to our staff, property, or violates any applicable laws or regulations.
